You will receive a template picture (in black) which you will need to confirm before we start the cutting process. 
Receiving your item:
This is very important – all items are fragile; Acrylic pieces will come with a brown paper or a plastic sheet to protect from scratches during transit, this will need to be peeled off carefully by yourself before the event. Once paper or plastic sheet is removed the damage insurance is voided
Damages:
If for whatever reason you receive your item damaged, please inform by email straight away with a picture of the item
